Warranty & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.All of our products are under at least One months warranty.

 

Return(if applicable)

1.To return your product, you should send us email at nicprodirect@hotmail.com for further instructions.we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

3.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

5. Please allow 1-3 business days for our customer service team to process your return request.

6. Money will be backed to your account after we receive the return and the return inspection is approved within 7-10 business days.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
